Individual Life or Health Coaching sessions
50 minutes | $100
We focus in an actual introductory session on your specific goal: weight loss, stress management and other life choices.
What do you want most from a coaching relationship? We discuss my program and determine if we are a right fit for each other.
90 Day Dynamic Transformation Journey(Life or Health)

We are committed to each other for 12 weekly sessions of 45 minutes focusing on you and the life and health that you want for yourself.

90 Day Dynamic Transformation Journey Group
$1500 | Groups up to 10 people
We are committed to each other for 12 weekly sessions of 45 minutes focusing on you and the life and health that you want for yourself.
The group offers participants accountability. This is ideal for church groups, social or civic organizations.
It can be tailored for groups by gender, profession or stages there of – women, men, adolescent, senior, etc. This allows the group to share the cost. (Privacy consents required.)
DYNAMIC 14 -day Cleanse
$500
A healthy plant based cleansing ritual that provides a jump start on physical health and wellness.
Speaking
Years of experience as a public speaker on wellness and fact-based disease prevention, my events provide your organization with in-person and interactive health management tools.
Motivational Speaking Event
1 hour | $150
2-hour (workshop) | $500
